There is a Nationwide change in the real estate industry regarding Realtor commissions. This change has been brought about as the result of the National Association of REALTORS®settlement of a class action lawsuit. This change may affect both buyers and sellers. Effective August 17, 2024 ALL buyers must sign a contract with the agent showing them homes to be able to tour a home. Yes, even to step inside the home. That contract will define the compensation the agent will receive and how it's going to be paid.
